Dinner Menu Included:
- BBQ Filet of Salmon, Baron of Beef au jus carved by the chef, oven roasted potatoes, wild and white rice with peppers, garden fresh vegetables,
- Caesar salad with freshly-grated Parmesan cheese, Thai noodle salad, Four Bean Salad, assorted rolls with butter.
- Dessert Buffet including Chocolate fountain, delicious dessert pastries, and freshly-brewed coffee and tea.
