How did you get to the house from the YVR Airport by taxi or Skytrain transportation?

Once you have completed the customs and immigration arrivals process, make your way toward the exit leading to our International Arrivals area. Follow the signs labeled "Cabs and Taxis" for a direct route to downtown (approximately 25 minutes), or if you prefer, you can opt for the Canada Line Sky Train. Board the Canada Line heading towards Waterfront and disembark at Vancouver City Centre Station. From there, head southeast on W Georgia St towards Seymour St, and continue walking in this direction for one more block until you reach Richards St (you'll notice the Holy Rosary Cathedral). Take a left onto Richards St, and you'll find our Guesthouse on the left side, next to the St Clair Hotel-Hostel. The travel time using this route is approximately 45 minutes.

Do we have Wi-Fi?

Yes, Wi-Fi is complimentary and accessible throughout the entire house. The password will be provided upon your arrival.

Do we have private parking?

We do not offer private parking on the premises. However, we highly recommend utilizing the Pacific Centre EasyPark Lot 27 parking lot, which operates 24/7. For your safety and security, we advise against leaving any valuables in your car, particularly coins or luggage. Instead, kindly use the trunk to store your belongings. Do our rooms have a bathroom?

Certainly! We take pride in offering our guests convenience and comfort. In our accommodation, you'll find three full bathrooms located in the corridor, fully equipped with amenities such as shampoo, soap, mirrors, hairdryers, and heaters. Additionally, each room is equipped with its own sink for added convenience. We provide fresh towels for all our guests, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable stay. With these amenities at your disposal, you can rest assured that your needs will be well taken care of during your time with us.

Do we have a full kitchen?

Our accommodation boasts a spacious eat-in kitchen, fully equipped with essential appliances such as a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle. We also provide a complete set of plates, bowls, cups, and cutlery for your convenience. Additionally, the house features a delightful dining table with seating for 8, a charming veranda just off the kitchen, and a lovely external terrace. You'll have plenty of space to enjoy meals, unwind, and savor the beautiful surroundings. We can't wait to welcome you and ensure you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Do we offer some food for breakfast?

Absolutely! We take great care of our guests, and that includes providing a complimentary breakfast. You can enjoy a selection of food items such as cereal, oats, bread, and cookies, to kickstart your day. We also offer coffee and tea options to suit your taste. We want to ensure you have a delightful and satisfying breakfast experience during your stay with us. Please feel free to indulge in these offerings and make the most of your time here!

Do we offer weekly discounts?

To reward our guests for extended stays, we offer a generous 10% discount on bookings that span a week or longer. Simply select the "weekly rates" option when making your reservation, and this discount will apply during the low and medium seasons. We believe in providing exceptional value to our guests, and this offer is just one way of showing our appreciation for choosing our accommodation. So, if you're planning a longer stay, be sure to take advantage of this special discount and enjoy all the comforts and conveniences our place has to offer!

Do we have a minimum number of nights for reservation?

Yes, we do have a minimum number of nights required for reservations. During the high season, which runs from April 15th to October 30th, the minimum booking requirement is 2 nights. However, for the rest of the year, you are welcome to reserve for just one night. We strive to accommodate the varying needs of our guests, and we look forward to hosting you for a wonderful stay, whether it's a short getaway or a longer escape!
