The Hot Chocolate Festival this year runs from January 18th until February 14th (Valentine’s Day). Close to three dozen cafes, bakeries and chocolatiers throughout the region participate in the event by offering extra special gourmet cups of hot chocolate on their menus. This year 2020 marks the 10th anniversary of Vancouver’s Hot Chocolate Festival Each participating venue offers a special selection of hot chocolate creations during the festival. Ingredients include everythi
